Hence squamous carcinoma, adenocarcinoma, small cell undifferentiated carcinoma, large cell carcinoma, alveolar cell carcinoma, bronchiolar carcinoma are some of the cancer forms that are commonly referred to as lung cancer. The genomic constitution of an adenocarcinoma in patient A will differ from an adenocarcinoma in patient B due to the unique and novel mutations that occur in each patient when normal lung cells of any type fail to replicate accurately and thus produce novel mutations for each cancer in each patient. Also, within each patient's cancer there are often multiple different mutations present.
Massive logistic problems arise with Larry's idea:
Imagine that each day in USA there are 1000 new cases of "cancer" diagnosed requiring 1000 individual samples (blood or tumour tissue) to be scanned for discrete patient/tumour specific genomic abnormalities that will provide a unique marker for the manufacture of a "vaccine" that will eliminate a cancer in one patient only. For every patient a different "vaccine" will be required. ("vaccine" is the wrong terminology - gene therapy is correct).
We are already familiar with terminology such as "safe and effective" and "Operation Warp Speed" and the disasters that followed, principally because standard pre-marketing safety procedures were not followed. Can a patient diagnosed with cancer wait for 5-10 years whilst their unique gene therapy product is being assessed for safety and unforeseen dangerous side effects? No government, private enterprise or medical insurance agency will be able to finance this proposal. In reality this will become another psyop scheme to enforce community control via compliance driven by fear.
